Zankyo Super 7 Junmai Daiginjo Sake 720ml 16%残響 The Zankyo Super 7 started as a challenge from Niizawa-san and his team to push rice polishing to the absolute limit and see just how refined a sake they could make. In past years this was released as “Super 8” when they were able to get enough rice down to just 8% of its original size. In 2015, after 350 hours of polishing, they surpassed themselves and made it to 7%. The result is a sake that earns the name Zankyo, literally “Reverb” or “Vibration”, with an incredibly light and delicate structure that creates delicate and fleeting textures, flavors and aromas that characterize the very best sake: always just beyond your reach. *Ultimate rice polishing (7%) and Niizawa Brewery's technique, "Zankyo," is the ultimate food created under the concept of enjoying it with "important people" and "precious time." medium sake. *The sake brewed from Miyagi Prefecture's "Kura no Hana", which has been carefully polished to 7% over 350 hours, is truly a work of art. *Elegant flavors reminiscent of pears and white grapes are layered with an infinitely beautiful transparency and a lingering aftertaste. *A finish that disappears quickly. The infinitely beautiful sake quality creates a sense of transparency. *Basically, it goes well with any kind of food, but especially delicate dishes are entwined with the high-quality umami of "Zankyo", and I feel like I can catch a glimpse of the ultimate in food. *Our pride as a pioneer of high-polished rice, our thought put into each small grain, and the taste of the core of rice are luxuriously contained in this ultimate bottle. .
